All Items Sold As-Is, Where- Is. Pickup and loading is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping is available at buyers expense. A $5 per lot handling and packaging fee plus actual shipping charges via USPS, UPS, or Fedex will apply.
15% Buyers Premium and 5.3% VA State Sales Tax charged on all sales. Tax exempt buyers must submit appropriate sales tax exemption form.

Term and Conditions:
Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.
Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds. Preview is available on October 8 from 3-6 PM.
Payment: Cash, Credit Card, or Good Check are approved methods of payment. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. The credit card will be checked for available credit of at least $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online or you may bring cash or check to pickup. If payment arrangements are not made within 24 hours then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made within 24 hours of the end of the auction and before any items are removed from the auction site or before they are shipped.
Bidding: You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to this auction. All bids are final. We cannot retract or remove a bid. We respect your privacy and that of the other bidders. We will not release your information to anyone without your permission. This is an online only auction. The bidding will begin to close on September 11 at 7:00 PM and close at the rate of three lots per minute with a one minute auto extend. This means that if a bid is placed within one minute of the end of the auction the auction for that item will auto extend for an additional minute until no more bids are placed within the last minute.
Shipping: Shipping is available at the buyers expense. If you wish to have items shipped we will charge $5 per lot for packaging and handling plus actual shipping charges from USPS, UPS, or Fedex. If you wish to have items shipped you must notify us by Oct 10th at 5:00 PM.
Preview And Pickup: All of the items will be available to preview at the auction location on Monday October 8 from 3 PM to 6 PM. Please satisfy yourself as to the condition of each item before placing your bids. Pickup time is Wednesday October 10 from 1 PM to 6 PM.
