Preview, Shipping, and Pickup Information:
This is an online only auction which will begin to close on August 22 at 7:00 PM and will close at the rate of 4 lots per minute with a 1 minute auto extend. That means if a bid is placed within the last minute for any lot the time for that lot will be extended for one more minute.
Preview for this auction will be at 42367 Lucketts Road, Leesburg VA 20176 on August 22 from 3 to 6 PM.
Pickup is at the same location on Wednesday August 23 from 8 AM to 8 PM and Thursday August 24 from 8 AM to 12 Noon. These are the only pickup times. No alternative pickup times available. If you cannot pick up during these times, please do not bid.
Shipping is available for SOME items in this auction. There will be a note in the description for each item that we will NOT ship. We use shippingsaint.com to handle our shipping. You will receive a separate invoice for shipping from Shipping Saint. Packaging and handling charges will be $3 per lot, and shipping will be billed at actual shipping rates from UPS or USPS. If you purchase multiple lots, they will be combined for lowest cost shipping. All items will be shipped within 10 business days of the close of the auction. Please keep in mind that shipping for large, heavy, or fragile items may get expensive.
Terms of the Sale:
Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.
Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.
Payment: Cash, Credit Card (3% Fee Applies), Wire Transfer, and Good Check are approved methods of payment. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.

Bidding: You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to this auction. All bids are final. We cannot retract or remove a bid. We respect your privacy and that of the other bidders. We will not release your information to anyone without your permission. This is an online only auction. The bidding will begin to close on August 22 at 7:00 PM and close at the rate of four lots per minute with a one minute auto extend. This means that if a bid is placed within one minute of the end of the auction the auction for that item will auto extend for an additional minute until no more bids are placed within the last minute.
Shipping: Shipping Will Be Available At Buyers Expense For SOME Items In This Auction. There will be a note in the description of each item that we will NOT ship. Please be aware that large, heavy, or fragile items can be very expensive to ship. We process all our shipping through Shipping Saint. You will receive a separate invoice from them for the shipping. Packaging and handling charges will be $3 per lot and shipping will be billed at actual shipping rates from UPS or USPS whichever is less expensive. If you purchase multiple lots, they will be combined for lowest cost shipping. All items will be packaged within 10 business days of the close of the auction.
Preview And Pickup: All of the items will be available to preview August 22 from 3 PM to 6 PM near Leesburg VA 20176. (exact address will be announced prior to preview. Please satisfy yourself as to the condition of each item before placing your bids. Pickup time is Wednesday August 23 from 8 AM to 8 PM and Thursday August 24 from 8 AM to 12 Noon. These are the only pickup times. No alternative pickup times available. If you cannot pick up during these times, please do not bid.
