We are selling the contents of Mr. Carrol Hinegardner's woodworking shop which is full of well kept Grizzly and Craftsman equipment as well as hand tools, power tools, and lawn and garden equipment. You won't find nicer or cleaner equipment anywhere.

Are you looking to get into the hobby? Here is your opportunity to buy very high quality tools and equipment in good clean condition. In this auction we have a full suite of woodworking equipment and tools. Plus we have vintage Simplicity garden tractors, a Troy-Bilt tiller, Onan generator and other miscellaneous equipment. All of the woodworking shop equipment and power tools have been tested and are working unless otherwise specified in the item descriptions.

Preview and Pickup Information:

This is an online only auction which will begin to close on Tuesday September 26 at 7:00 PM at the rate of 3 lots per minute with a 1 minute auto extend. That means if a bid is placed within the last minute for any lot the time for that lot will be extended for one more minute.

Preview for this auction will be Tuesday September 26 from 4-6 PM at 4124 Cross Keys Road Mt Crawford, VA 22841. Pickup is at the same location on Wednesday September 27 from 9 AM to 6 PM and Thursday September 28 from 3-6 PM. We will have equipment on hand to load heavy items.

Terms of the Sale:

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.

Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.

Payment: Cash, Credit Card (3% Fee Applies), Wire Transfer, and Good Check are approved methods of payment. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.

Bidding: You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to this auction. All bids are final. We cannot retract or remove a bid. We respect your privacy and that of the other bidders. We will not release your information to anyone without your permission. This is an online only auction. The bidding will begin to close on December 15 at 7:00 PM and close at the rate of three lots per minute with a one minute auto extend. This means that if a bid is placed within one minute of the end of the auction the auction for that item will auto extend for an additional minute until no more bids are placed within the last minute.

Shipping: Shipping is not available for this auction. If you cannot pick up your items in Mt Crawford VA on the specified pickup days, please do not bid.

Preview And Pickup: All of the items will be available to preview at the auction location near Mt Crawford VA on Tuesday September 26 from 4-6 PM. Please satisfy yourself as to the condition of each item before placing your bids. Pickup time is Wednesday September 27 from 9 AM to 6 PM and Thursday September 28 from 3-6 PM.
