Pickup is in Partlow VA on Friday and Saturday July 26-27 from 12 Noon to 7 PM. Pickup also available in Dayton VA by appointment July 30 ($2 per lot surcharge applies for Dayton pickup). These are the only pickup times available. Please do not bid if you cannot pick up during these times. Pickup will be strictly by appointment only. Winning bidders will get a link to sign up for a pickup time immediately after the auction closes.
Shipping is available at the buyers expense for all items in this auction. We use shippingsaint.com to handle our shipping. You will receive a separate invoice for shipping from Shipping Saint. Packaging and handling charges will be $3 per lot and shipping will be billed at actual shipping rates from UPS or USPS. If you purchase multiple lots, they will be combined for lowest cost shipping. All items will be shipped within 7 business days of the close of the auction. Please keep in mind that shipping for large and heavy items may get expensive.
Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.
Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.
Payment: Credit Card is the only approved method of payment for this auction. All cards will be charged immediately following the conclusion of the auction. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged until the end of the auction. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email. All payments must be completed before any items are removed from the property.

The bidding will begin to close on July 25, 2024 at 7:00 PM and close at the rate of 3 lots per minute with a one minute auto extend. This means that if a bid is placed within one minute of the end of the auction the auction for that item will auto extend for an additional minute until no more bids are placed within the last minute.
