Terms and Conditions:

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items (except titled vehicles and trailers) unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.

Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.

Payment: Cash, Credit Card (3% Fee Applies), Wire Transfer, and Good Check are approved methods of payment. If paying for a titled vehicle by check, the title will be held until the check clears. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made when picking up your items. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. VA Sales tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items (except titled motor vehicles) unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form prior to checkout.

Payment: Cash, Wire Transfer, Credit Card (3% Surcharge Applies) or Good Check are approved methods of payment. Payment must be made in full before items are removed from the auction site. If payment has not been made by the end of the pickup period credit cards will be charged for the full invoice amount. Titles will be held until checks clear.

Pickup: Pickup is Friday and Saturday October 18-19 and Monday October 21 from  9 AM to 6 PM each day.  Please do not bid if you cannot pick up your items on those days unless prior arrangements have been made with auction company. All items must be picked up and removed from the auction site by 5:00 PM on October 21. No one will be available for pickup on Sunday October 20.

Titles are guaranteed for all titled vehicles unless the description states "no title". If paying by check, titles may be held until check clears.

Bidding: The highest bidder for each item shall be the buyer, and if any dispute arises as to any bidding, or between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will have sole discretion to determine the successful bidder, or the disputed lot shall be offered again at the last undisputed bid and resold. The auction record kept by Auctioneer and Clerk is final.

Owner or Owner's Agent may not bid on his/her own items.

Buyers are responsible for their items after being pronounced the winning bidder but will not become the owner of the items until payment has been made in full.
