Location: Dayspring Mennonite Church, 5522 Catlett Road (Route 28), 6.5 miles south of Catlett VA and 2 miles north of Bealton.
Proceeds: 100% of proceeds will go to the non-profit organizations New Horizon Ministries, Good Life Ministries, and Life First Ministries.
New Horizons Ministries is dedicated to providing Christ-centered nurture for children and families in need by facilitating both DHS foster child placements, as well as the private placements of children born to incarcerated mothers. Furthermore, they strive to share the love of Christ to incarcerated youth and adults through their prison ministry programs.
Since New Horizons is one of three ministries that receive 100 percent of the proceeds from our Annual Benefit Auction, your participation will make a difference in the lives of these children and their parents.
Another ministry that receives the proceeds from our Annual Benefit Auction and Bake Sale is Good Life Ministries in India.
Their mission is to share the love of Jesus Christ through educational ministries, evangelistic outreach, and humanitarian efforts. Through their reaching out and helping the people of India with everyday needs, GLM is sharing the good news of Christ's love.
The third ministry that receives proceeds from Dayspring's Annual Benefit Auction is Life First Ministries.
They are a Christ-centered ministry that upholds the sacred value of human life by offering life-affirming alternatives to abortion. They offer free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, options counseling, parenting classes, abortion recovery classes and the invitation into a relationship with Jesus Christ to the most abortion-minded women in their community.
