This home has been owned by the same family since it was built in 1962. Over the years some improvements have been made and the house appears to be very structurally sound with a good roof and fully functioning furnace. It does need some cosmetic updates and the electrical service should probably be modernized. This house has hardwood floors throughout, the bathroom has been remodeled, attic is well insulated, and well and septic are functional. The well that is located on this property is currently shared with the house next door under a 1986 water rights agreement. In the years since, the county water system has been expanded to serve these properties so connections could be made if necessary.

The former owners have recently passed away and this property is being sold by order of the executor of the estate. Don't miss this opportunity to make it yours. You will enjoy room to spread out or keep some animals on the large 1.7 +/- acre lot. The expansive views to the east and the west will never get old.
