We are accepting vehicles, farm equipment, lawn and garden equipment, heavy equipment, trailers, trucks, RV's, ATV's, Boats. (All vehicles and trailers must have a title in the seller's name).
We reserve the right to decline any items when we believe the seller has a reserve that is too high, or when items do not fit with our auction.

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items (except titled vehicles and trailers) unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.
Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.
Payment: Cash, Credit/Debit Card (3% Fee Applies), Wire Transfer, and Good Check are approved methods of payment. If paying for a titled vehicle by check, the title will be held until the check clears. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made when picking up your items. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.

The online only bidding will close at the rate of 1 lots per minute starting at 7 PM on May 22, 2025
Preview And Pickup: All of the items will be available to preview on May 22 from 1 PM to 6 PM. Please satisfy yourself as to the condition of each item before placing your bids. Pickup time is Saturday May 23 from 9 AM to 6 PM unless other arrangements are made with the auctioneer. All items must be paid for before they leave the property.
