In this auction you will find construction equipment, machinery, vehicles, scaffolding systems, materials, tools, and scrap metal. Some of these items have been sitting for a long time. We got some of the equipment running but some of it does not. We have title paperwork for most of the vehicles. Vehicle history reports are located in the item descriptions when available. Pay close attention to the individual item descriptions and photos for details. We urge you to come to preview and satisfy yourself as to the condition of these items. All of these items are being sold in as is where is condition. Please bid accordingly.
Preview and Pickup Information:
Preview for this auction will be Saturday January 30 from 1 PM to 5 PM and Wednesday February 3 from 1-5 PM at 1327 Highland Turnpike, Monterey VA. Pickup is at the same location on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday February 4-6 from 9-5 each day. Pickups will be scheduled through signup genius. If you are a winning bidder you will get an email immediately after the auction to sign up for your pickup time.
We will have a loader and forklift available to assist in loading your items. Please plan appropriate transportation for your items. If you need assistance with transportation let us know and we can put you in touch with hauling companies.
Shipping is not available for any items in this auction. Please do not bid if you cannot pick up your items during the specified pickup times. If you do not pick up your items by the end of the day on February 6 or have made arrangments with the auction company for pickup your items will be considered abandoned and you will forfeit those items. No Exceptions!

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 13% (3% discount for cash or check) will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.
Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.
Payment: Cash, Credit Card, or Good Check are approved methods of payment. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online or you may bring payment with you to pick up. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.

Bidding: You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to this auction. All bids are final. We cannot retract or remove a bid. We respect your privacy and that of the other bidders. We will not release your information to anyone without your permission. This is an online only auction. The bidding will begin to close on February 3 at 5:00 PM and close at the rate of three lots per minute with a one minute auto extend. This means that if a bid is placed within one minute of the end of the auction the auction for that item will auto extend for an additional minute until no more bids are placed within the last minute.
Preview And Pickup: All of the items will be available to preview at the auction location on Saturday January 30 from 1-5 PM and Wednesday February 3 from 1-5 PM. Please satisfy yourself as to the condition of each item before placing your bids. Pickup time is Thursday through Saturday February 4-6 from 9 AM to 5 PM.
