Waynesboro Metal Fabricators has closed and the property has been sold. All the equipment, machinery, and tools must be sold. This auction includes, all types of metal working and fabricating equipment including lathes, milling machines, brakes, drills, grinders, welders, torches, plasma cutters, shear, boring machine, punches, hand tools, power tools, and consumables.
Buyers are responsible for the safe removal and transport of all items. A rigging company will be onsite for loading, and we will include rigging/loading quotes in the item descriptions for the larger items. Rigging quotes are by the Valley Group Inc in Fishersville VA.
If you wish to use your own rigging company or equipment a certificate of insurance will be required.
Pay close attention to the individual item descriptions and photos for details. We urge you to come to preview and satisfy yourself as to the condition of these items. All of these items are being sold in as is where is condition. Please bid accordingly. No Returns Or Refunds.
Preview and Pickup Information:
Preview for this auction will be Friday and Saturday May 7-8 from 1 to 4 PM and Tuesday May 11 from 9 AM - 12 PM at 51 East Side Hwy, Waynesboro VA 22980. Equipment will be electrically disconnected by the seller beginning on May 10 so if you want to see anything run come to the May 7 or 8 previews.
Pickup is at the same location on from May 12-May 22 by appointment only. Pickups will be scheduled through signup genius. If you are a winning bidder you will get an email immediately after the auction to sign up for your pickup time. We are asking that the smaller items be picked up between May 12-15.
Buyers are responsible for the safe removal and transport of all items. If you wish to use your own rigging company or equipment a certificate of insurance will be required. We will have a forklift available to assist in loading smaller items. Please plan appropriate transportation for your items.
Shipping is not available for any items in this auction. Please do not bid if you cannot pick up your items during the specified pickup times. The property is sold and all items must be removed on time. If you do not pick up your items by the end of the day on May 22 at 5:00 PM or have made other arrangements with the auction company for pickup, your items will be considered abandoned and you will forfeit those items. No Exceptions!

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 13% (3% discount for cash, wire transfer, or check) will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.
Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.
Payment: Cash, Credit Card, Good Check, and Wire Transfer are approved methods of payment. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online or you may bring payment with you to pick up. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments must be made before any items are removed from the property.

The bidding will begin to close on May 11, 2021 at 1:00 PM and close at the rate of three lots per minute with a one minute auto extend. This means that if a bid is placed within one minute of the end of the auction, the auction for that item will auto extend for an additional minute until no more bids are placed within the last minute.
