This is an excellent opportunity for musicians and collectors to pick up some quality instruments.
In this auction we have some old instruments and many nearly new ones. Guitars, Saxophones, Drum Sets, Ukuleles, Violins, Banjos, and Accessories from such names as Fender, Martin, Selmer, Ibanez, Ovation, Epiphone, Lanikai, Washburn, Gretsch, Tama and More.
A 1939 Martin Handcraft Committee II and a 1961 Selmer Mark VI Tenor Saxophone are two of the highlights of this auction along with a collection of limited edition guitars from Keith Urban and Randy Jackson.
You are welcome to preview these instruments in person on August 9 from 1-5 PM.
Shipping will be available at the buyers expense. You will be responsible for a packaging and handling fee of $10 per item plus actual shipping charges. We will pack the instruments securely, measure and weigh the package, and get you a shipping quote. Remember many of these instruments are large and heavy and shipping may be quite expensive.

Term and Conditions:
Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.
Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.
Payment: Cash, Wire Transfer, Good Check, and Credit Cards (3% Fee Applies) are approved methods of payment. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, wire transfer or card must be made before any items are removed from the property or shipped.
Bidding: You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to this auction. All bids are final. We cannot retract or remove a bid. We respect your privacy and that of the other bidders. We will not release your information to anyone without your permission. This is an online only auction. The bidding will begin to close on August 9 at 7:00 PM and close at the rate of two lots per minute with a one minute auto extend. This means that if a bid is placed within one minute of the end of the auction for any item the auction for that item will auto extend for an additional minute until no more bids are placed within the last minute.
Shipping: Shipping is available for this auction at the buyers expense. Buyer will be responsible for a packaging and handling fee of $10 per item plus actual shipping costs. We use Shipping Saint shipping software to get you the best rates. Remember many of these instruments are large and heavy and shipping may be quite expensive.
Preview And Pickup: All of the items will be available to preview on August 9 from 1-5 PM. Please satisfy yourself as to the condition of each item before placing your bids.
