Afton area homeowner has moved and we will be selling at online auction the contents of their home at 71 Magnolia Acres Ln. All of these items come from a clean smoke free and pet free home and include a 2004 Toyota Tacoma pickup, riding mower, nice antiques and fine furniture, sterling silver, antique and vintage artwork, china and glassware, lawn and garden tools, and much more. This Online Only Auction Closes October 25 @ 7:00 PM.

Preview and Pickup Information:

Preview for this auction will be Monday October 25 from 4 PM to 6 PM at 71 Magnolia Acres Ln, Afton VA 22920.

Pickup is at the same location on Tuesday October 26 from 9 Am to 6 PM and Wednesday October 27 from 9 AM - 12 PM. Pickup will be by appointment. Winning bidders will get a link to signup for a pickup time immediately after the auction closes.  All Items Must Be Picked Up By 12:00 PM On October 27.  No Exceptions.  If you cannot pick up during the designated times please do not bid!

Shipping is available at the buyers expense for smaller items in this auction. Please bring help to assist you in loading your purchases.

Terms of the Sale:

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.

Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.

Payment: Cash, Credit Card (3% Fee Applies), Wire Transfer, and Good Check are approved methods of payment. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.

We cannot retract or remove a bid. We respect your privacy and that of the other bidders. We will not release your information to anyone without your permission. This is an online only auction. The bidding will begin to close on October 25 at 7:00 PM and close at the rate of three lots per minute with a one minute auto extend. This means that if a bid is placed within one minute of the end of the auction the auction for that item will auto extend for an additional minute until no more bids are placed within the last minute.

Shipping: Shipping Will Be Available At Buyers Expense For Smaller Items In This Auction. Please be aware that large and heavy items can be very expensive to ship.

Preview And Pickup: All of the items will be available to preview at the auction location in Afton VA on Monday October 25 from 4-6 PM. Please satisfy yourself as to the condition of each item before placing your bids. Pickup time is Tuesday October 26 from 9 AM to 6 PM and Wednesday October 27 from 9 AM - 12 PM.
