Now accepting consignments of running and driving vehicles. Give your classic or collector car, truck, motorcyle or sports car the nationwide marketing exposure that it deserves. We will be accepting consigments till April 7th.
Preview: All vehicles can be previewed and inspected by appointment at our office. The address is 350 Bowman Road, Dayton VA 22821. Please call Linford Berry at 540-476-3309 or HL Wenger at 540-246-3333 to schedule an appointment.
Pickup: All vehicles must be picked up or transportation arrangements made by April 16th. We can facilitate transportation anywhere in the United States. Call us for a quote to your location.
Payment Terms: We will be accepting Cash, Good Check, Wire Transfer, and Credit Cards (3% Surcharge Applies To Credit and Debit Card Payments). All vehicles must be paid for before keys and titles will be released.
All vehicles are being sold as-is, where-is: Please satisfy yourself as to the condition of the vehicles and bid accordingly. We do guarantee clear titles for all vehicles. If paying by check, titles for vehicles will not be released until check clears.
Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: There will be a 10% buyers premium added to the bid price to determine total purchase price. No sales tax is charged on titled vehicles. Vehicles without a title will be charged VA Sales tax at the rate of 5.3% unless the buyer presents us with a valid sales tax exemption form prior to check out.

Terms and Conditions:
Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid to determine total sales price. VA Sales tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items (except titled motor vehicles) unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form prior to checkout.
Payment: Cash, Credit Card or Debit Card(3% Surcharge Applies), Wire Transfer, or Good Check are approved methods of payment. If paying by check, titles for vehicles will not be released until check clears. Payment must be made in full before vehicles are picked up. If payment has not been made by the end of the pickup period the bidders credit card will be charged for the full invoice amount.
Pickup: All items must be picked up or transportation arrangements made by 5:00 PM on April 16. Bidders will need to call for an appointment to pickup during normal business hours.
Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. Titles are guaranteed for all titled vehicles unless the description states "no title". If paying by check, titles may be held until check clears.
Condition details are offered as courtesy to bidders, and are opinions only, not statements of fact, and do not imply any warranty concerning condition, or any assumption of liability. Lot announcements, listings, photographs, and catalog information are for descriptive purposes only. All announcements made on the day of the auction by the auctioneer supersede any other previously announced or published materials.
Bidding: The highest bidder for each item shall be the buyer, and if any dispute arises as to any bidding, or between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will have sole discretion to determine the successful bidder, or the disputed lot shall be offered again at the last undisputed bid and resold. The auction record kept by Auctioneer and Clerk is final.
Owner or Owner's Agent may not bid on his/her own items.
Buyers are responsible for their items after being pronounced the winning bidder but will not become the owner of the items until payment has been made in full.

Mountain Valley Auction Group LLC is not responsible for injury or damage of any kind, to anything or anyone, while previewing, bidding, loading out, or conducting business. By placing a bid, you agree to hold Mountain Valley Auction Group LLC and their agents harmless regardless of opinion.
Auctioneers Announcement: The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids on behalf of an absentee bidder, the seller, or himself. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and in all cases of dispute the auctioneer’s decision shall be final. All announcements made by the auctioneer on sale day take precedent over any printed material or previous advertising.
