Our sellers recently moved to a smaller home with less acreage. We are selling the remaining furniture, antiques, Ford tractor, Toro snowblower, tools, lawn and garden items, artwork, and even some second amendment tools.Preview and Pickup Information:
This is an online only auction which will begin to close on May 19 at 7:00 PM and will close at the rate of 3 lots per minute with a 1 minute auto extend. That means if a bid is placed within the last minute for any lot the time for that lot will be extended for one more minute.
Preview for this auction will be May 19 from 4-5 PM at 187 Todd Rd, Mt Sidney VA 24467. Pickup is at the same location on Thursday May 21 from 10AM - 6 PM. Pickup will be a scheduled pickup with appointments through Sign Up Genius. Shipping is not available for items in this auction unless arrangements are made with the auctioneer prior to the end of the auction. Please bring help to assist you in loading your purchases. Some Items Are Heavy and Bulky.
ATTN: Due to no internet access at the auction location we will not be accepting payment at pickup. All credit cards will be charged at the conclusion of the auction. We will not be accepting cash or check for this auction.

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 13% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.
Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.
Payment: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) is the approved method of payment. Due to no internet access at the auction location we will be charging all credit cards immediately at the conclusion of the auction. We will not be accepting cash or check for this auction. Bidding: You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By placing a bid, you agree to all the terms and conditions that apply to this auction. All bids are final. We cannot retract or remove a bid. We respect your privacy and that of the other bidders. We will not release your information to anyone without your permission. This is an online only auction. The bidding will begin to close on May 19 at 7:00 PM and close at the rate of three lots per minute with a one minute auto extend. This means that if a bid is placed within one minute of the end of the auction the auction for that item will auto extend for an additional minute until no more bids are placed within the last minute.
Shipping: No Shipping Will Be Available For Items In This Auction unless prior arrangements are made with the auctioneer.
Preview And Pickup: All of the items will be available to preview at the auction location on Thursday May 19 from 4-5 PM.
