We are also accepting consignments of used vehicles, ATV's, and boats if you have one you wish to sell. Consignment deadline is August 21 @ 5 PM. Contact us early if you have vehicles to sell so they can receive maximum marketing exposure.
Preview Time: Thursday, August 23, 8AM - 6PM, Online Bidding Starts As Vehicles Are Listed, and begins to close at 6:30 PM on Thursday August 23.
Pickup is Friday August 24 from 9:00 to 5:00 or Saturday August 25 by appointment.

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 13% (minus 3% for cash or good check) will be added to each successful bid to calculate the final sales price. DMV sales tax, titling, and tag fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment: Cash, Credit Card, or Good Check are approved methods of payment. (If paying by check, title may be held until check clears). When registering to bid a credit card is required for authorization purposes but the card will not be charged unless you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of the auction. All vehicles must be paid for in full before the vehicle and title will be released. Payment must be made in full no later than two business days following the auction.
Preview And Pickup: Preview of all vehicles will be available at the auction location the day of the auction from 12 noon until 6 pm. Vehicles may not be removed from the auction location until payment has been made in full. All vehicles must be removed within 5 business days unless other arrangements are made with the auction company.
Merchandise: All Vehicles Are Sold AS IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all vehicles carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition of the vehicle and bid accordingly. Titles are guaranteed for all titled vehicles unless the description states that a title is not available.
Condition details are offered as courtesy to bidders, and are opinions only, not statements of fact, and do not imply any warranty concerning condition, or any assumption of liability. Lot announcements, listings, photographs, and catalog information are for descriptive purposes only.
Bidding: The highest bidder for each item shall be the buyer, and if any dispute arises as to any bidding, or between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will have sole discretion to determine the successful bidder. The Auction record kept by Auctioneer and Clerk is final.
Owner or Owner's Agent may not bid on his/her own items.
Buyers are responsible for vehicles after being pronounced the winning bidder but vehicles will not be released to the buyer until payment has been made in full.
